MARKUP II (the EU–EAC Market Access Upgrade Programme, Phase II) is a four-year (2023–2027) programme implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and funded by the European Union, supporting SME export competitiveness across the East African Community. In Tanzania it focuses on the Avocado, Coffee, Leather and Packaging value chains, with special attention to market linkage for Spices, across Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
